Metro Cities : 7–10 business days ii. Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities : 10–14 business days iii. Remote/Rural Areas : 10–17 business days iv. Remote/Rural Areas near Pune : 7–10 business days Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to location, weather conditions, logistics disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. 3. Shipping Partner i. We use reliable courier/logistics partners with tracking enabled for all orders. ii. Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once the order is dispatched. 4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Clean Electric Private Limited, we aim to provide high-quality Lithium-ion inverter batteries and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase. 1. Order Cancellation Policy Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at “ contact@cleanelectric.in “ or calling +91 9028954388. Full refunds will be processed if the order has not been shipped. After Dispatch: Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. 2. Refund Policy Refunds are processed only under the following conditions: The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
