1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities                                           :   7–10 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities                            : 10–14 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas                           : 10–17 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas near Pune     : 7–10 business days

We use reliable courier/logistics partners with tracking enabled for all orders.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at “ contact@cleanelectric.in “ or calling +91 9028954388. Full refunds will be processed if the order has not been shipped.
  • After Dispatch: Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (unboxing video/images).
