Clean Electric is a startup working to revolutionize how Li-Ion Batteries are constructed. We have developed proprietary thermal solutions & advanced battery charging algorithms that enable batteries to be charged in 15 minutes and outlive vehicle lifetime. The design also protects against cell failure events that could lead to thermal runaway events in nearby cells. Next year, our solutions will be deployed in multiple applications e-cars, Large Stationary Storage Systems, Electric 2 Wheelers, and Electric 3 Wheelers. About the role:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing manufacturing lie design, operations optimization & efficiency, line balancing & maximizing JPH, and ensuring non-stop efficient production processes & healthy ergonomics working conditions on the shop floor. Your day-to-day tasks will include communicating with cross-functional teams, implementing manufacturing strategies, optimizing production lines, providing training and support to production staff, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Resposiblities:

Designing and Optimizing manufacturing lines based on thorough research, testing, and clear knowledge of engineering.

Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods.

Completes design and development projects by training and guiding technicians.

Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs.

Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.

Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services, ensuring high uptime & availability of spare equipment to avoid any manufacturing downtime.

Planning, supporting procurement, making RFQs of PEM, and overseeing end-to-end till I&C and lifetime operation and uptime of PEM.

Setting up in-line quality personnel & processes to ensure high yield & maximizing shareholder value

Implementing & enhancement of Industry 4.0 (Clean Electric Inhouse Manufacturing OS/ ERP “Ambvert”) app and making it idiot proof

Robust & Redundant manufacturing line design ensuring non-stop & high quality & high yield smooth manufacturing operations

Maintains product and process database by writing computer programs and entering data.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
