Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

3. Shipping Partner

• We use reliable courier/logistics partners with tracking enabled for all orders.

• Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across India. Please confirm PIN code availability on the product page before placing the order.

5. Important Notes

• Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

• Refused or undeliverable orders due to incorrect address/pincode will not be eligible for refund.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

• Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at “ contact@cleanelectric.in “ or calling +91 9028954388. Full refunds will be processed if the order has not been shipped.

• After Dispatch: Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

• The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (unboxing video/images).

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment  method.

We reserve the right to reject refund requests if the issue is due to misuse, improper installation, or after use.
